Tilden Moschetti, founder of Moschetti Law, has released Volume 1 of The Real Estate Private Equity Blueprint, a guide to the strategic, legal, and operating architecture behind real estate syndications and investment funds.
Volume 1, The Architecture, focuses on the pieces that need to work together before a sponsor begins scaling a private capital business. The book covers the sponsor platform, investment entities, fiduciary responsibilities, Regulation D choices, investor documents, the subscription process, and related filing obligations. Rather than treating a private placement memorandum or operating agreement as an isolated form, the book explains how each piece fits into the larger structure of a private offering.
The book is written for real estate operators moving from buying properties with their own capital to raising money from investors. It draws on Moschetti’s work as a real estate syndication attorney and his experience as a real estate sponsor. Volume 1 is the first installment in a planned three-volume series, with Volume 2 scheduled for October 2026 and Volume 3 scheduled for December 2026.
